How Can I Participate?

• In order to participate in this promotion, an eligible player (a participant) must place an eligible wager (as described below) during the promotional period.

Eligible Participants:

• Party Casino accounts only.

Eligible Wager:

• An eligible wager is a wager by the participant in the participant’s Party Casino account that complies with the following wagering requirements:
  • It is a real money wager of at least $0.10 on an eligible game during the promotional period.
  • It is placed via the Party Casino website, or through the mobile app.
  • The eligible games for this promotion are indicated on the Party Pots promotional page and may change from time to time without notice.

How Does It Work?

• This promotion offers three (3) types of Bonus Jackpots during the promotional period as described below.
• Each Bonus Jackpot will reward a different amount of Casino Bonus (each, a Bonus Jackpot Value), depending on the mechanics of that Bonus Jackpot.
• Bonus Jackpots shall be triggered as defined below.
• The Bonus Jackpot Values will be displayed on the promotional page.
• Number and amount of prizes will depend on the number of Bonus Jackpots triggered.

How Can I Win?

• Once a Bonus Jackpot is triggered, eligible participants who have placed an eligible wager in the fifteen (15) seconds before the applicable Bonus Jackpot is triggered, shall be eligible to win, as detailed in the Bonus Jackpot Terms section below.
• Eligible participants who have placed an eligible wager are referred to as Qualified Participants.
• Within one (1) minute after a Bonus Jackpot has been triggered, Qualified Participants will be notified if they have won any Casino Bonus amount, and how much they have won, via a pop-up notification message on the promotional page.
• Qualified Participants may refer to the promotional page at any time during the promotional period, to check if the Bonus Jackpots have been triggered.
• Winnings shall be credited in the form of Casino Bonus, subject to a 1x wagering requirement, and valid for three (3) days from award to participant’s account. (See the Wagering Requirement section for details.)
• Casino Bonus is non-transferable and cannot be used on poker or sports.
• Winnings can:
  • Be redeemed as instructed via the notification message.
  • Be declined as instructed via the notification message.
• If the winnings have been redeemed, they will be credited to winning participants within 24 hours of the winnings being redeemed.
• If the winnings have been declined, the winnings shall not be credited, and the funds shall expire.
• If no selection is made, the winnings shall remain available and redeemable to the winning participant for 48 hours. The winnings can be redeemed in the participant’s account.

Bonus Jackpot Terms:

• Mini Mystery Jackpot
• The Mini Mystery Jackpot can trigger if its value reaches a maximum value of $300.
• Once triggered, one (1) Qualified Participant will be selected at random to win the entire jackpot value (the Mini Mystery winner).
• The winner of the Mini Mystery Jackpot shall be notified, as explained in the How Can I Win section above.
• Winnings (Casino Bonus) can be redeemed and wagered per the How Can I Win section above and the Wagering Requirement section below.
• One and All Jackpot
• The One and All Jackpot can trigger if its jackpot value reaches a maximum value of $1000.
• The jackpot value shall split into two (2) equal amounts and will be credited as set out below.
• Once triggered, one (1) Qualified Participant will be selected at random to win one half of the jackpot value (the One and All winner).
• The remaining half of the One and All jackpot value shall be split equally between the remaining Qualified Participants.
• The One and All winner and Qualified Participants shall be notified, as explained in the How Can I Win section above.
• Winnings (Casino Bonus) can be redeemed and wagered per the How Can I Win section above and the Wagering Requirement section below.
• Community Share Jackpot
• The Community Share Jackpot can trigger once per week on a Friday by 10:00 pm (ET).
• Once triggered, all Qualified Participants shall be awarded an equal share of the Community Share jackpot value.
• All Qualified Participants shall be notified, as explained in the How Can I Win section above.
• Winnings (Casino Bonus) can be redeemed and wagered per the How Can I Win section above and the Wagering Requirement section below.

Wagering Requirement:

• The wagering requirement on all Casino Bonus received from this promotion is 1x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus value, participants must wager $1. For example: If a participant receives a $5 Casino Bonus, the participant must wager $5 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The participant has three (3) days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the wagering requirement after which time unused Casino Bonus will be permanently forfeited and expire if not used.
• Play on all casino games at Party Casino contributes toward the Casino Bonus wagering requirement.
• Participants can opt-in to multiple bonuses at any given time. However, they can only contribute to the wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus at a time. Wagering requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus, unless the participant pauses said bonus by resuming play on another bonus in the Bonus tab. Participants can resume using bonuses multiple times until they expire.
• Should the participant opt out of this bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from the Casino Bonus will be permanently forfeited and removed from the participant’s account.
• GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING:
  • The percentage of participant’s wager that counts toward participant’s wagering requirement varies based on the game participant is playing. Here are the percentages:

      • For Example: If I wager $125 on Scratch Games → I release up to $125, as they count 100%.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the participant’s account is credited with a Casino Bonus and the participant starts a new game session, the Casino Bonus will be used first to complete the wagering requirement. Upon completion of the wagering requirement, any winnings will be credited to the participant’s cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the participant’s cash balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• Casino Bonus may not be cashed out and participant must complete the wagering requirement before any winnings associated with the Casino Bonus may be cashed out.
• If a participant has an active Casino Bonus, the participant’s next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active Casino Bonus. Casino Bonus amounts are restricted and are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement of the Casino Bonus is met. • Upon request for cancellation, sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
